The atmosphere was relaxed. There were no pressure tactics to purchase. The individual who helped us with our purchase explained how each of the functions worked on our electric recliner.

Walked into La-z-Boy showroom in Cherry Hill near closing time and was greeted by Sales Associate Amy Robinson. She asked if we were looking for anything specific and we mentioned Living Room furniture and she directed us to the arrangements of all types of sofas, sectionals, chairs. She also asked if we would like water, and gave us directions to the restroom if needed. She explained the different types of furniture and fabrics and colors. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of the fabrics and comfort levels of the seating areas of all the items we were interested in. We picked several items and also went through numerous fabrics and colors. Never once mentioned that the store was about to close. We proceeded to make our selections with her total support of details of each item. We agreed to the selected items and proceeded to the sale process. We went through the fabric selections, dimensions again to make sure we were happy. She completed the sales process and paperwork along with arrangements for payment and financing all being done after closing. Never once did we feel rushed, even with the store being closed. I feel if the items we ordered meets the quality of service that we received, than we made a very good purchase.

Megan did a fantastic job designing our LR. She gave us options that helped us fill this room comfortably to our taste. Steven was very attentive as we placed our order. They are an excellent team always pleasant and helpful. Can't wait to see the room set up just in time for the holidays.
