  Top notch sales people, ours was Ron, pleasant and knowledgeable. 5 🌟 Ron offered for the designer to come to our home That was an extra special experience. Megan so thoroughly measured every thing out, listened carefully to our likes and planned a perfect design for us. She helped pick out the fabrics to our likings and in 6 to 8 weeks we will have a whole new refresh in our home. Thanks Megan and Ron.

  I bought the Lazy Boy Pinnacle model and I'm very happy with it now. However when it arrived 4 weeks after I ordered it, I noticed a clicking sound when I rocked and when I turned the chair over I noticed that two of the screws that held the chair to the swivel base were installed crooked and one of them was not tight at all which is where the clicking sound came from. Customer service sent out a technician to fix the problem and he did a very good job doing it. He also found another critical screw that had not been installed correctly and fix that also. Now that the repairs have been made, the chair is as it should be and is very comfortable and sturdy.

  We were impressed from the start with Ron. He was not pushy nor salesman-like. He recommended we work with Megan which was 100% the way to go! She was a knowledgeable decorator and extremely warm. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable!

  Ron was absolutely amazing to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the options la-z-boy offered and super patient while we customized each color and fabric. We will definitely be returning for another couch for our family room next!
