- CDCarla DuranteJun 27, 20262.0Great store that has almost everything. The only issue is their return system. Their receipts do not give the descriptions of the items so when you return items, they have some convoluted way of identifying which items you are returning that do not align with the scan code nor the description (since there isn't any) The front end manager was challenging a 2.99 Elmer glue bottle because the receipt didn't have that price listed. She was questioning if the item came from Holly Lobby. So because they scanned the glue at a different price, they couldn't determine if the glue is actually from Holly Lobby. What a strange system. It's 2026, why can't they scan the items to the receipts like other stores? The cashier is going item by item, circling each item in the receipt while the line grows longer with impatient customers who want to know why I'm arguing over a 2.99 bottle of glue which was just 1 of about 10 items I was returning. They even questioned 3 pieces of black paper which were maybe.79 cents. Not a positive experience. Sometimes you have to buy a lot of crafts for school projects and you may not need all of them but if you know you'll use your items and won't need to return anything, then you should have a pleasant experience. I didn't like the attitude of the front end manager.
