- THTina H.2 days ago5.0Store was fully stocked and very well organized. This place has everything you need to decorate your home for occasion. They items are high quality and at a price you can’t beat.
- VCvictor C5 days ago2.0Rude service by a specific member. With 10mins left to closing during a storm outside I asked the location of the restroom to change my infant. Was met with resistance in allowing me too & had to beg I would be quick. When leaving to the front was then followed by her. I was uncomfortable in buying the two Christmas trees I had slips for and would return tomorrow until, I had the slips snatched out of my hand & made to feel like I'm was stealing something by the same worker as I was leaving. She was the short fat black lady with glasses & a silver polo/shirt. I'll have to think about where I want to buy my trees for Christmas this year now. Otherwise the store was clean & organized.
- OOOrlandoSep 26, 20265.0It was a very busy yet stocked hobby lobby. Staff were friendly also it has public bathroom.
- PPPhilSep 25, 20261.0Had to do a special return trip to this location because I'd returned home to find the cashier had ignored the 2 large, bright red 'clearance sale' stickers on the item, and charged full price. Once there, it took 3 tries for the manager to find an associate who could assist with the refund. I then went to grab some other items I needed, and returned to the front to find the line at the register 15 people deep - 1 cashier working while 3 other associates stood nearby staring into space. I dropped my items and left. I've only shopped here because the great AAA in Oaklyn is no longer. And not for nothing, but see the review from 4 years ago with photos - in a country that has the highest murder rate in the 1st world, peddling garbage like this is not only in questionable taste, it's disgusting; and contradicts the stated 'beliefs' of the owners. Recommend upper management spend more time retooling their business model, and less time shoving their 'religious' beliefs in their customers' faces.
