Will never rent again specifically because of the multiple rate increases. How does the cost of a unit go up 50%+ in 3 months? This is not a poor rating against any of the employees- they are very friendly and helpful. Maybe all storage unit companies are the same, but this is the second time i’ve rented and I should have learned my lesson the first time- you get lured in with a decent rate and first month free, then a random card arrives in the mail every 3 months saying the cost is increasing. I’m buying a shed and it will be far less costly in the long run.

Jocelyn is the manager who lived on-site. She was so friendly and helpful. Answered all of our storage locker questions without sales pressure or upselling. Unlike the other places we contacted, she tried to find the option that was best for us and not do a quick “hard-sell.” She was just as helpful in-person. Corporate headquarters should take notice and hire more people like her.
