Definitely 5 stars. The manager Jay has great customer service. I called and asked questions about the process of opening a unit. He was very understanding, patient and nice. He answered all of my questions and ensured I received the best service each and every time I arrive to my storage unit. The storage units are very clean and easy to access. The units are also very secure which helps ease my mind. I cannot thank Jay enough for the service I received and I am happy I decided to use Extra Space Storage in Carteret, NJ.
