- NCNicole CampbellAug 11, 20265.0Our building switched to Pye-Barker when we needed 1 company to handle all of our fire related monitoring, inspecting, and repairs. They came out immediately the next day after our sprinkler compressor broke. This year for example, we had numerous violations for our alarm and sprinkler that needed to be addressed in order to get our city certificate. In all these instances, they helped coordinate, order parts, and repair all the issues in a timely and collaborative manner. Any question we asked, we got an explanation that was easy to understand so the Board could make decisions.
- SSsjiu saweiJul 2, 20261.0Unprofessional and lazy. Came to replace sprinkler heads and left pieces of insulation on the floor and hanging from ceiling. Also left a ceiling tile open, and when called out they lied and said it was already open. When asked to clean up the mess they made they said they're "not a cleaning company". Apparently cleaning up after themselves is too much to ask for.
