Got sold a power washer with a broke piece and when I went to help desk, it took 45 minutes for them to walk to the aisle and get me the replacement piece and supervisor said sorry there’s nothing more I can do for you.
It took them a total of 2 minutes to get the new piece. Tons of employees just walking around ignoring requests to get the piece.

I recently placed an order for 100 bags of Mulch from the Lowe’s in Butler, NJ, and paid for the items plus the delivery fee. Unfortunately, the delivery was scheduled and then abruptly canceled, citing that my location was outside of their delivery zone. This information should have been communicated before payment was processed. The sudden cancellation caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I had a business operation dependent on this delivery. Now, I am faced with a lengthy delay and the additional inconvenience of rescheduling, which is unfair and unprofessional. I hope Lowe’s will address this issue and improve their communication and customer service in the future.

I'd like to especially commend Tim who manually "re-delivered" at least 18 bags of heavy lawn products that had been placed on the wrong side of my home by an outside delivery contractor. Tim put in quite an effort! Then, too, Tom, the manager, for facilitating the correct delivery. WHAT WONDERFUL SERVICE AT THE BUTLER NJ LOWE'S!
