My initial idea was to book online to get the online web pricing. When I called to ask about possible price increases the woman helping me was great. She answered my questions and the proceeded to help me set up my account and offered the web pricing. I also was lucky to receive a free 1st month also as advertised online. Tonight will be my first visit to my unit after receiving my access code. Looking forward to see the property and how easy it will be for accessing both the property & my unit. Definitely recommend.

Unit was not accessible . Canceled with Joe same day only to not receive confirmation. Called next day and same person then said he had just canceled at that moment. Confirmed again that was canceled since I was told night prior they had canceled it . Didn’t receive my full refund. Lack of transparency and definitely not Extra Space Standards . Customers since 2015 and just been lowered in expectations. Disappointed

Great experience. Helpful staff and clean unit. Had to come back and edit my review. People are super nice and overall had a good experience but our rates were randomly raised this past month. When we go into the unit it smells strongly of cigarette smoke. Now upon cleaning out the unit we moved a few items and found what looks like a dead cockroach on the floor..now we have to inspect every item thoroughly before bringing it into our house.
