I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Eve, for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, Eve was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
It’s clear that Eve genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out to me.

I want to take a moment to recognize Eve, the supervisor at Extra Space Storage, for going above and beyond to help me during a very difficult financial time.
I was going through some hard times financially and was worried that I would lose my storage unit because my bill had fallen behind and was at risk of going to auction. Eve was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate about my situation. Instead of making me feel judged or like just another customer, she took the time to listen and gave me an opportunity to catch up on my bill and keep my belongings.
That meant more to me than she probably realizes. When someone is already going through a difficult period, having someone show a little understanding and give you a chance to get back on your feet can make a huge difference.
Eve treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine understanding, and I am truly grateful for that. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have someone like her representing the company.
