- CZChristine Zmurek1 day ago3.0I spoke with Betsy in detail before my 1st appt. I was told it was 90hr. I was not advised this was plus tax. I was asked to write and print instructions for the cleaning staff about specifics of my home, products to use, tasks I want done certain way ie don't use my pledge on furniture. Delmey and Kenny arrived . They never read the instructions although I was advised Delmy is fluent in English and Kenny understands but will speak Spanish. Since they didn't read the instructions, I showed them around the home and explained the instructions. I was charged for this time. I don't know if they did understand me, I go no response. The did a very good job cleaning but could not complete the house. They were very slow. When I was asked if I was on an unlimited budget and time at 2.5hr I said no just finish what your doing and go. The job was maybe 2/3 done. My last service spent max 2.5 at my house for everything.I was charged 3hr and still After they left, I found my dog ramp that is attached to my bed flat on the floor. I don't know if it fell or if it was disassembled. Either way, I would have expected to alert me if they had an issue before leaving. All the dogs were crated or locked away for them and not in the way.
