  Went to R&F in Bridgewater, NJ to find a new bed and mattress for our guest room and came away very pleased with the whole shopping experience. Mr. Na Ward was professional, knowledgeable and attuned to my ideas about what kind of furniture was needed and suggested multiple alternatives. In the end, we put together a set consisting of a platform bed, support board and mattress, which will serve for many years to come. I cannot wait to get the furniture delivered and set up!

  So for Mark my sales person - he gets 5 stars. Why 4 stars? Because I just spent $4000 and was banking on a 5 year pay off but was told the VIP savings of about $500 was too great to offer me anything other than 6 month pay-off. Not cool. I don't think the $500 savings should negate the ability to have a longer pay-off period. That's your thing to offer 60 months no interest and it was your thing to offer a VIP discount.

  I had a great experience working with Mark at Raymour & Flanigan in Bridgewater. He was an amazing salesman—extremely patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with, as I kept changing my mind on furniture selections and delivery dates, but Mark handled everything without hesitation. He stayed on top of every request and made adjustments quickly, even responding after hours and late at night from home. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find. Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend working with him—1000%. If you’re shopping at Raymour & Flanigan, ask for Mark. He’s a great guy and truly cares about his customers.

  The salesman greeted me as I entered the store and explained the layout and advised his availability if I had any questions. At first, I was a little taken aback since questions on some of the merchandises on price and options were not shown and the store was so big that I could not readily get the information I needed at that time. He explained the policy on following customers around. He was very helpful and informative once I made my choice and the options available to me. Great quality and large selections on all types of furniture at reasonable prices. Since my purchase was custom, I am awaiting its completion and delivery.

  I purchased a king platform bed with storage drawers from the Bridgewater Raymour and Flanagan store. There was a mix-up with the order and the wrong bed was put on the truck for delivery. I didn’t accept the bed and when I went back to the store … WHAT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The management team not only corrected my order (and scheduled delivery within 2 days), but they honored the price for the more expensive bed that was entered into the system as a less expensive version. I love the quality of Raymour and Flanagan’s furniture and was so impressed by the respectful way the staff treated me. They took responsibility for their error in the order and made it right … a rarity in today’s world. I will continue to buy furniture from this store. The Bridgewater store’s staff is the best!
