  The furniture was great but the delivery was terrible. It was raining outside and the guy delivering the furniture had wet feet coming in and I asked if he had something to put on his feet and he said no then I asked if he could take his shoes off and he said he’s not allowed that it’s dangerous. Then when he put the throw rug down he was walking on a brand new rug with wet feet and I asked him why is he walking on it and he was such in a rush so I wasn’t happy with the delivery but the product is great

  We (my wife and I) needed to replace our king-size mattress which was over 10 years old. After some Internet searching, we decided to contact Raymour and Flanigan (R&F) in Bridgewater, NJ by making an online appointment to meet with a Sleep Consultant. When we entered the R&F showroom, we were greeted and welcomed by Hawa Turay a Sleep Consultant at R&F, Bridgewater. We provided Hawa with a written summary of the type of mattress and foundation we were looking for. Our required attributes included a mattress that is good for side sleepers and a foundation that is solid (no box springs). Hawa then had us try out a selected set of mattresses. We were impressed with Hawa’s understanding of customer expectations and technical knowledge about appropriately pairing sleeping postures with mattress properties. We purchased our sleep system on a Wednesday and on Friday it was flawlessly installed in our home by Marco and colleague. The Tempur-Pedic hybrid mattress we purchased is more comfortable than what we had before, the bed height is just right, and the all-metal base is solid. Overall, we feel good about our decision to purchase our mattress and base system from R&F.

  From the moment we arrived, Sophie greeted us with such genuine warmth and a sincere desire to help. She made the entire experience so easy, and I would absolutely return to work with her again.   Went to browse for couches and Daniel greeted us upon entry, explained the layout, and then let us shop in peace. A rarity when furniture shopping and a welcome surprise. This was the only furniture store that did not follow us the entire time and allowed us to approach them with questions. Needless to say we made a purchase and will be back again.

  Shout out to Raymour & Flanigan and sales consultant Sophie Roldan! As soon as we walked into the showroom we were greeted with a friendly smile and a laid back professional sales approach. Sophie had a great knowledge of the stores inventory and spent time listening to our needs ( and knew when to give us space when my husband and I had different opinions 😊.). It was a great shopping experience thanks to Sophie ! Highly recommend asking for her.
