  Nicole at Extra Storage in Bridgewater was amazing from start to finish. She showed me around the storage units on the golf cart, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and simple during a stressful move. We even ended up talking about music and she actually laughed at my jokes, which is not very common lol. Thank you Nicole for making the experience so easy and welcoming. Highly recommend!

  After viewing the availability on the internet and driving to two sites, we decided on the last one because of climate control. The quote for one in Whitehouse was 69.00. Howover, I never asked for that one it was too far away. This one was much more. I found that your web site was was a poor reference in terms of phone calls for your facilities. I received far too many txts telling me that I had not fulfilled the process. Your follow up via internet is slow by 18-24 hours. I thought that I rented Hillsborough unit. When in fact, you put me into a unit at Whitehouse. That was taken off the my account. As I dealt with each manager, I was told three times in the course of negotiations that the manager would call me back. I waited from before 5 on Friday to 6:30, when you close about the mistake. I cancelled the order immediately via computer. My order was not fully straighten out until Monday until I fixed it after visiting two facilities. Overall, I spoke with 4 managers on the phone or in person. I found them ALL to be very helpful with my concerns and my requirements. I found that your internet advertisment to be wanting for telephone numbers and locations.

  Very easy process renting the unit. Staff is very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need and most importantly their available around the property instead of the usual nightmare funding an employee but I had 0 issues signing up, getting to my unit. I had actually had to change units for to size and they were more than willing to give me through it keeping charged minimal. Very clean units a little tough to navigate but they provide a map which is a life saver. The maintenance man is really available you'll see him driving around the property willing to help anyone with anything. You can't ask for better than that, will definitely recommend.
