Extremely disappointed. I ordered same day delivery and it was scheduled for 2-237pm. I kept checking the tracking and the truck was still at the warehouse. Next thing I know it’s 6pm and I still haven’t received my order and the truck is still showing the warehouse. I called and asked to reschedule because this is for my business and I was closing for the night. The manager said they would reschedule for tomorrow. Then I get a call 30 minutes later from the manager saying my order is cancelled and I will get a refund in 3 days. What????? No reschedule, no asking if I would like a refund, nothing and then on top of that taking my money for 3 days? When I said I needed the order I was told “well, you can try to re order it tomorrow for same day delivery”.
We always choose Lowe’s over Home Depot but not anymore, this customer service and experience was appalling. Oh, not to mention I still haven’t even received any correspondence that my order was canceled.
Oh great, as I’m typing this now I’m getting a message saying my order is on the way. When my business is closed, no one is there and I have been told 4 different things.
