  Our experience with Cynthia was exceptional. She answered all of our questions and offered solutions and helped us buy our dream sectional. Highly recommended store and associate!! We can't wait for our furniture to arrive. Thank you so much!

  As soon as I entered the store, a lovely lady, by the name of Cynthia greeted me. She was so polite, asked me if I had been there before which I have, if I had somebody else, I wanted to deal with? And I told her, no, she proceeded to take me to exactly what I was looking for however, it was a little high for me. Cynthia did not pressure me to get it, then showed me something else that was exactly what I wanted. She is a highly professional saleswoman. And extremely polite and nice.I was so happy with her service. P.S. I purchased my recliner and am very 😊 Happy!!

  Our salesperson Paul was excellent. No pressure while my wife and I were looking. When we were ready he along with the sales manager and cashier all worked well together for a great experience!

  When I realized a recliner would be a huge asset in recovering from open heart surgery I started checking them out and decided on a La Z Boy. At the Brick store I worked with Paul, one of their design consultants. Paul was amazing, he truly knows his stuff and patiently worked through all my concerns until we figured out the right chair for me. I honestly felt that he genuinely cared that I got the best chair possible for my purposes. I would definitely recommend asking for Paul when at their Brick store!

  I'm not sure if the Brick NJ store is the worst of the La-Z-Boy stores or if they are all bad. The sales process is slow, kind of like buying a car....And I hate buying cars. Talk to a salesperson then off to "back office" to sign a ridiculous amount of papers. But whatever...I can live with that. That's what we sign up for when we buy furniture I guess. After the sale is done though, that's when the bad service shows through. After a few weeks following the sale, I received an email today (not a phone call) from Denise with news my order was in..."please call to schedule delivery." The email provides only the main store number, but no extension or instructions on how to actually get back to Denise. (If you think you are getting any kind of special service just because you bought furniture from them, guess again!) I called the main number and navigated the voice prompts, and left a message for **someone**. The outgoing voice message did not identify for whom I was leaving a message. Maybe Denise, maybe not. To be sure, I called back and got the sales department and asked to speak to Denise. They put me on perma-hold and never checked back. I hung up after 8 minutes of waiting. (If you think you are getting any kind of special service just because you bought furniture from them, guess again!) I called back, a third time now, obviously a bit annoyed, and was told I "have to leave Denise a message....she is VERY BUSY." I'm pretty certain this is the same person who left me on perma-hold, with no option of leaving Denise a message on my previous call. And maybe I did already leave Denise a message, I don't know. Remember I was routed to a mystery voicemail. (If you think you are getting any kind of special service just because you bought furniture from them, guess again!) I was annoyed, and it showed. But I didn't expect the sales person to yell ( yes, "yell") at me and remind me that "they have been VERY BUSY TODAY." (If you think you are getting any kind of special service just because you bought furniture from them, guess again!) So all that, and we are approaching 5pm, and I havent' heard back and I don't have a delivery yet scheduled. Maybe Denise will find some free time today or tomorrow (or next week) and everything will work out fine. I'm only the customer and I just have to be patient. BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY BUSY TODAY! As an aside, I've been in the Brick store three times now and it's NEVER busy, let alone VERY BUSY (!). And today is a Tuesday in August for crying out loud. Last thought, maybe I mentioned this: If you think you are getting any kind of special service just because you bought furniture from them, guess again! Read the other reviews...it's not just me.
