I’ve used many storage facilities over the years, and this new location has easily been my favorite! The moment I walked in, everything smelled fresh and looked exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Lisa was warm, approachable, and genuinely wonderful to talk to. She immediately offered to walk me to my unit and made sure I knew I could come to her if I needed anything at all. Stephen was wonderful as well. They were both persistent in following up, but exactly the right amount! I was very busy and couldn’t always get back to them right away, so I truly appreciated their patience and thoughtful check-ins.
The outstanding customer service and welcoming atmosphere made the entire experience so easy. I’m very happy I chose this location and would absolutely recommend it!

Lisa provided outstanding customer service. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my storage rate, reviewed my account, and worked with me to find a much more affordable solution. She followed up exactly as she promised, explained everything clearly, and also helped me update my insurance information for my unit.
I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help a long-time customer. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares and takes the time to find solutions.

I have been an Extra Space customer for quite some time. When my Daughter and her family decide to move back to NJ there was no question that I was going to recommend ExS. Great rates, clean, modern properties, but without a doubt, the over all greatest reason to choose ExS is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thru the years storing with them, Lisa has been the manager of several properties. She is, without a doubt, one of the greatest assets this company has. Knowledgeable, customer oriented, and many, many times has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for not only me, but others who have stored with her. (Yes, we do talk when we see others at their units!!) If I were a business owner she would be at the top of my recruitment list.
