DO NOT RENT HERE—CLIMATE CONTROLLED IS A LIE. I booked a climate controlled unit online, it explicitly said it was climate controlled. I recently moved out and discovered that all the paint stored in my unit had frozen at some point and turned solid—hundreds of dollars down the drain, for stuff that was in a unit that ultimately cost me $1800 per year after multiple price increases. Called them and Mike said that my unit was actually not climate controlled, mine was on 2nd floor and only 3rd floor is climate controlled. But this is nonsense—I would not have booked if it was not climate controlled. So it was a bait and switch: I booked a climate controlled unit, but they gave me one that wasn't. They are unwilling to do anything about it, gaslighted me on the phone that it was my fault for not paying attention to what I booked, and the insurance doesn't cover temperature damage. Absolutely horrible experience.
Edit: calling the number in the reply is pointless, I called them multiple times and they won't do anything about it.
