- LOlori olivieriSep 8, 20265.0Great selection. Was lucky enough to visit during a sale. Was able to put together a gorgeous Amalfi themed arrangement.
- RMRosemarie MarottaSep 8, 20262.0Not terribly impressed. Kind of like Michael's. No one to help and mostly low grade stuff from china.
- KEkym ESep 2, 20261.0I can get past the fact that even with a store full of employees, not one person greets you or even acknowledges your presence. You would figure that accompany so deep-rooted in Christian values, would at least train their employees to be mindful of customers but I digress. The thing that truly blew my mind was the line at the register. I understand that to cut costs, they use an outdated system and that's fine. But the fact that there was four employees present with only two ringing. One working under a sign clearly marked returns the other ringing regular sales. Despite the fact that the line had grown, ten people deep the head front end supervisor just did there oblivious to what was going on. She not only did not call another employee to ring. She did nothing to help the cashier, who was ringing, and she did absolutely nothing to stop customers randomly jumping into the return line, it was to us customers to stop them. The fourth employee stood there, organizing calendars again, not looking up or acknowledging one customer. Our cashier was friendly but clearly overworked and I came for much credit. Front-end supervisor however, probably should be placed in a different position. Her job quite literally It's the supervise, the front end and make sure the lines aren't out of control. Considering there's no tap to pay option on the registers. An employees have to ring everything by hand you would think that they would have a little extra help up there. Waiting twenty five minutes for an overpriced item will not be happening again.
