    Bought over $1000 in new cushions for my outdoor sectional They were buy one get one half and I have two wrong sizes went back in three days later, to exchange they returned and the store manager Kristen would not honor the sale! Terrible manager I will no longer buy in the store and order online where you get much better customer services! Terrible manager

    The supervisor Natalie gave us such a hard time on top of being rude and extremely disrespectful. We spent over $509 week before but forgot coupon- we asked to honor the coupon a week later- she said only if we bring the large rug back and furniture. When we questioned why she became extremely loud and rude- not going back to a store that lets their employee talk to customers like their in a bar.

    Had such a nice customer service experience yesterday with Evan! I needed help with not only getting a large planter pot up to the register but needed help loading into my car. Then I returned it a few hours later after deciding it wasn't going to work in my space. So once again, Evan came out to greet me at the door with a cart, grabbed the 2 other pots and waited until I checked out to help me reload them in my car. He was nothing short of courteous, professional and so very pleasant to chat with. Exceptional Customer Service!!! Thank you Evan!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
