Tara was absolutely wonderful! I have not been at this storage unit twice in 8 years. I did not no the unit number or the password. After providing Tara ty proper information she helped gain access to my unit. I drove here from Pittsburgh and I was dreading the possibility of not getting access. Tara fixed it all. Keep her, she is en asset to company.

Here is my review of extra space on a 10x10 unit,I have used them in past,in 2015 to 2019 i rented a 10x10 for 4 yrs the rent was 118.00 month with no price increase,to now 2026 i rented a 10x10 in February for 128.00 month and just got a rent increase letter saying rent is going to increase to 223.00 month so why in 7 years rent on a 10x10 only went up 10.00 and now.rent has almost doubled,I dont think so,argued and got that it's a corporate raise, I will not use the place ever again there are many more options
