  Ally is the most professional, helpful and knowledgeable employees ever had the pleasure to meet. I purchased active breeze bed and pillows and support pillows as well. I love temperpedic! Thank you to Ally and please let her know she just made me a temperpedic customer forever! She’s the best!

  Last month my older son and I stepped into the store looking for a mattress to improve our sleep. Miguel kindly, knowledgeable and very respectful walked me through all the different kinds and options in choosing the right mattress. Miguel explained to detail the benefits of each one. We had a good time, we joked around, we could feel a lot of sense of humor. At the end my son and I ended up buying each a Proadapt medium hybrid Queen mattress as well as the base. It is worth to mention that Ally was very helpful and nice too. Thanks to Miguel's advise, we are enjoying our new beds and I can start to feel the difference when I wake up every morning. The mattress and base are expensive but it is worth to spent knowing that the quality of your night's rest and sleep will dictate how you perform during the day in your different activities.

  Let me start off this review by saying that the store itself was great. Miguel and his manager worked hard on my behalf. But the overall experience once I had purchased the mattress was nothing short of excruciating. The mattress and new base were supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks of order. It took 3 weeks for the delivery to show up. Once it did, the warehouse staff which had been handling my base had driven a forklift fork into the box, damaged the base, and loaded that box on a truck to be delivered to my home. I of course had to reject the delivery, and for some reason Tempurpedic felt there was no need to rush this already late delivery so it was another week, 4 weeks after I paid for the bed, that the bed was delivered. The 4 weeks after paying is a key detail because I purchased this mattress with the understanding that I would be able to file for a Labor Day Sale refund of $700. What is contingent on receiving that refund is two things. First, you need to fill out a form that is unnecessarily complicated. In 2026 the only justifiable excuse to have the customer have to fill out individual sales prices for each item and then request on each individual item what you are looking for in a rebate is beyond absurd. It is pure friction installed by a company to discourage people from filling out the rebate form and getting their refund. And you don't get the refund until the bed is delivered. So Temperpedic has been sitting on my $700 for over a month now, as it is a week since the bed was delivered and I am still waiting on my refund. $700 dollars that I could be using, but remains in Temperpedic's account. I would not recommend buying Temperpedic based on my experience with the company itself. This is not a reflection of the store, but of the company. Buy from someone else who respects you as a customer.

  Walked in here on Tuesday evening looking for a new mattress. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and felt valued. Miguel was very attentive and knowledgeable. He, along with Ally, made sure we were getting the best value out of our new purchase and made sure we got the right fit. The store is also very inviting which enhanced the overall experience. I can't stress enough how professional and thoughtful Ally and Miguel have been. They even stayed on top of our order to make sure all of our orders arrive at the same time with no surprises. They are true assets to the company and deserve every recognition they can get. Highly recommend visiting the store to purchase your next mattress.
