  Nice, helpful staff and a well stocked store. You can't beat their clearance prices. I look forward to when you can have Bed Bath & Beyond items from their website shipped to the store for pick up, this is a smart partnership.

  I had the most wonderful experience at this store tonight and I just want to recognize what an amazing Employee Janet is. She went above and beyond for me to help me find what I was looking for She took time and made so much efforts and at the end we found exactly what I was looking for and I wanna thank her so much for all her help She is an incredible asset to your company

  The employees are always helpful but last night they went above and beyond. I called ahead about bringing in the frame for my Elfa drawer unit. I wanted to remove the supports with feet on them and switch them out for the flat pieces the same as on the top to fit in a space that was smaller than I anticipated. Janet and several other other employees physically try to help remove the bars which were not coming off easily. Janet even got advice over the phone on how to remove the pieces. That alone was enough to impress me. What I did not realize when I showed up was at the store closes at 8:00. Janet did mention that she had to close but I thought she was talking about 9:00 p.m. I took up a great deal of time and by the time was all all was said and done. It was after 8:00 and the front doors were locked. They were kind enough to finish helping me even though it was past time for them to leave . Through Janet's efforts,as well as the other employees that were there last night, I ended up with a new frame and all the pieces I need to assemble the drawers and I won't have to make a separate trip. I had a friend once say that you can get things for less money at a big box store. That may be true but you can't get service like this. Thanks everyone!

  Friendly staff; they recognized I was in a rush. I ended up going with another item outside of their suggestions, but I appreciated the effort and friendliness of the staff
