I don't like how they they up your rent with little notice whenever they want so when I moved my items in I had gotten a unit at a promo fee and asked if it got raised or if it will stay that, I was ensured that it would in fact stay that fee. It did not. My rent has been raised 3x in a 2-3 year span tripling my rent. Also they're were people living there in their units but the manager was quick to deal with that. Other then that it hasn't been bad. It is convenient location, good parking, and quiet other wise.
