I have been with Extra Space Storage for a year and four months. I started with a unit priced at $99 plus tax and insurance. Over this period, the cost increased to $217. When I approached the store manager, termia FRIERSON, to discuss a credit or a reduction, she refused. I then requested to speak to a higher manager, but she withheld the manager’s name and email. Later, I spoke with David, the lead manager, but he was also unhelpful. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company due to poor customer service. I recommend Public Storage over them; I have been with them for seven years, and they do not increase the price like this.i am so disappointed in them 😔😔
