  Our refrigerator died. On the way to Home Depot we decided to stop into Albo to hopefully get better customer service and support small business. Our salesperson, JR, was knowledgeable and we were lucky enough to get a fridge with a ding which saved some major money plus it was delivered and installed the next day. A good experience from start to finish!

  Friendly and efficient. Nick was able to pull up my account from a previous purchase which really streamlined the ordering process for my through-the-wall AC unit. He also included installation of the unit and removal of the old one, services that the big box stores do not offer.

  had power surge take out our fridge. tried to get a repair person oy and was told a week and a half till it could be looked at. we decide not to wait drove 40 miles up to see nick at the Audubon store and bought a new fridge. i bought all my appliances from that store and from nick. great guy to deal with always gives you the best deal. i would never buy from depo or Lowes. go see Albo nick in Audubon. he is the man.

  Need an appliance? Like to save $$? Albo Audubon is your place and Brant Edmonds is your guy! Check prices. Albo beats them all. Need a special size? Brant will find it. He'll answer your every call no matter where he is, even on his day off. Delivery? Free! Haulway? Free! Three excellent delivery men took our back door off to get our new refrigerator into our house and then put everything neatly back together again. Great inventory! Great prices and great service! Why go anywhere else? Audubon Albo is the store for you!

  The tenant at my condo called to say that the washer died. I’m surprised it lasted as long as it did considering it was there when I bought the condo back in 2002 so it’s around 25 years old. When I asked her if she wanted something different she was emphatic- no- I don’t want anything without an agitator and I don’t want it to play a song when it’s done. Ok. Good. I was pretty sure I remembered that Albo sells Speed Queen washers and dryers. When I called around 1pm on Saturday afternoon the sales rep confirmed that they sell Speed Queen and have them on display. He said his name was Nick and told me that he would be there until 5pm. About an hour later I walked in, he was sitting right there at his desk. He remembered speaking to me and he said let’s go take a look. When I told him what I wanted he narrowed it down to 2 models. One had a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. The other model was $100 more but came with two additional wash cycles and a 5 year warranty. I just decided to go with the 5 and told him let’s write it up so we can hopefully get it delivered sooner than later. He told me right off the bat that it was in stock but Friday would be the earliest day for delivery. I said that’s OK. He wrote it all up. He explained everything. I paid, and it was easy as 1-2-3! Thanks, Nick! And thank you to Albo for always being the best family owned appliance store in South Jersey! I’m pretty sure the owners know he is a model employee. No sleazy sales tactics- no ugly ill fitted suit. Just selling people the appliances they want based on their needs. I called my tenant and she was happy to hear that I went to Albo. But she’ll be even more happy when they take out her brand new Speed Queen!! Great job, Albo and Nick! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
