Whatever your reason for needing storage, whether you’re navigating a major life transition, downsizing, upsizing, or simply housing enough holiday decorations to qualify as a seasonal retail outlet, this facility excels in the areas that matter most: security, accessibility, cleanliness, and customer service.
I’m specifically reviewing Sarah, as well as the overall condition and operation of the property. The buildings are well maintained, climate-controlled, easy to access, and equipped with dollies, which is especially helpful when you’ve somehow accumulated possessions that seemed much lighter when you bought them.
Sarah is an exceptional manager. She takes pride in maintaining the facility, protecting tenants’ belongings, and ensuring accounts remain secure, all while treating customers with professionalism and respect. I’ve had the pleasure of exchanges with Oscar in the office as well. He is a kind and respectful too.
During one visit, the elevator required maintenance while I was moving items in and out. Naturally, this occurred on a day when I had approximately 17 things that absolutely could not wait. Sarah communicated the situation promptly, explained my options, and provided access to the stairwell so I could still get everything done. Her transparency and calm demeanor turned what could have been a stressful experience into a manageable one.
The hallways are consistently clear, the access system is reliable, and the facility feels secure. The keypad works every time, which is more than I can say for some technology I use daily. If you’re feeling fancy, you can even use your phone for access.
My only significant concern is with the corporate pricing structure. A 101% increase from one month to the next is enough to make you wonder whether your belongings have secretly been upgraded to oceanfront property. Referring to the first few months as an “introductory rate” without clearly communicating what follows can leave customers with a bit of sticker shock when the bill arrives.
That concern, however, is directed at corporate policy, not local management. Sarah didn’t double my rent any more than she controls the weather. The quality of service, communication, and care provided at this location has been consistently excellent, and she deserves recognition for the work she does to keep the facility running smoothly.
In short: five stars for the people, the property, and the experience. One raised eyebrow for corporate pricing.
