My Fiancée and I were in a hurry to rent a unit last minute to store things. We called at 5:45 pm (15 min before closing) and I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandy. She was so kind and went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. She went out of her way to call her manager and have them set up a way for us to have the unit by tonight (btw this was after they had already closed).
