    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I am writing this as both a formal complaint and a public review regarding my recent experience with this location’s handling of an SOS order for a stock item accessory. From the beginning, I encountered significant issues with communication and order management. When attempting to resolve the matter, I was directed to “Manager Bill,” who is consistently unavailable and has provided no meaningful involvement in resolving the issue. In practice, he appears to be dismissive of the situation entirely. Manager Mary was equally unhelpful and, in some instances, even more concerning in her handling of the issue. She repeatedly attempted to redirect responsibility back to Bill, despite clear awareness that he had not taken any meaningful action to resolve the matter. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was continually bounced between both managers with no resolution. During my interactions, my call with Mary ended abruptly when she hung up while I was still attempting to resolve the issue. Across multiple interactions involving both Mary and Bill, I experienced unprofessional communication and a lack of willingness to take ownership of a serious customer concern. This SOS order has also led to further complications, including incorrect items being returned and several hundred dollars tied up in an order that staff are now unable to locate or properly account for. At no point has there been clear communication, accountability, or a resolution offered. Overall, this reflects a serious breakdown in order processing, customer service standards, and management accountability at this location. I do want to acknowledge Brooke, who was the only individual who demonstrated genuine concern and made efforts toward understanding and resolving the issue. Her professionalism stood in clear contrast to the rest of my experience. I am posting this publicly as well as formally requesting that this matter be reviewed at a higher level within the organization, as it has not been appropriately addressed at the store level.

    The delivery company used is horrible, and the phone tree to help rectify these issues even worse than their delivery teams.
