- JBJamie BreenNov 9, 20221.0Not impressed. Old owners didn't write a contract with me but I did put $100 security deposit by debit card. I guess my cell phone still comes up under the previous owner of my number on caller id and they put her name on my storage unit as well. I spoke to them about removing her name but they never did. The new owners after speaking with them didn't remove her name and then after moving I called about the security deposit after cleaning my unit and they told me I should have got a free month which I didn't. They told me they would call me back, it's now been a month and I have heard nothing. Not impressed and I will tell my friends still in the area not go here.
