- BRBrett RousseApr 24, 20261.0Do not rent from extra space in Somersworth NH unless you want your bill to go up 300% in a 10 month period they will start you at a promotional price such as the $81 a month they did with me without informing you it’s promotional then double your bill within 3 month, the signs everywhere that say first month free that’s not the case when you rent off their website infact with all the fees my first month was $129, then this month after paying my 10th bill through them my account is suddenly saying my next auto payment is going to be $251 so in 10 month I went from $81 to $251 with no warning either time it went up but they will claim they mailed you a letter that I did not receive and they don’t bother to send an email even though the rest of the communications with them have come through email. This company at the very least at this location is predatory and greedy.
