Staff is very Nice, and offered to resolve the matter with a new location which is appreciated, but I was not told about the mold. These storage units are COVERED in mold
Very very bad! not healthy.
I don’t know how this is even legally allowed to rent out.
Drove all my belongings in a decent size trailer to seabrook from concord, over an hour drive just to have to turn around and come back. I wish I was told about the mold before spending over 50$ in fuel in the truck and taking countless hours to get everything loaded and driven over.

I’ve been getting multiple requests for a review, so here it is.
Dirty, dilapidated, and multiple large price increases.
The hallways are dark, dusty, and dirty. Door thresholds are falling apart and detaching. The units themselves are in rough shape, also very dirty. They’ll entice you with a low price, then rapidly increase it after 6-9 months, by a factor of 50-plus percent. It’s a continual fight to ask them for a more reasonable increase. We finally moved out. Avoid at all costs.

I ended up making a mistake and making my move in day on a Sunday, which is a day the office is closed, thinking I had to go into the office for stuff or any paper work before going to my unit, then after my start day realizing my app said I had restricted access I wanted to make sure everything was all set and thought I wasn’t able to get in to my unit. I showed up 2 days after I originally was supposed to, no big deal but since it showed I had restricted access, I went into the office to see what was wrong and the lady in there fixed the issue immediately, and was so helpful about the situation and showed me right where my unit was. Unfortunately the next day I had to cancel my stay because we found other arrangements with family, but they were SO understanding and even gave a full refund for the trouble I went through. Couldn’t recommend them enough, their staff is extremely friendly, and helpful with the even one issue I had to start there. No issues with the unit itself, it would’ve been perfect for what we needed but the family arrangement ended up being the more beneficial move for us. Thank you for being so understanding, and friendly throughout the time I was there !!! :)
