Overall, I had a good experience with Extra Space Storage because the location was convenient for me, and the facility was always clean. However, I was disappointed with the price, especially considering the security issues.
I specifically chose this facility because I was paying for a secure, gated property. Unfortunately, for the majority of the time I rented my unit, the front gate was broken or left open. That made me feel like I wasn't getting the level of security I was paying for.
If it had been financially possible, I would have moved to another storage facility because of this issue. The only reason I stayed was because moving everything to a new unit wasn't in my budget.
The convenience of the location was a plus, but the ongoing gate problem was a major concern and made the high monthly cost difficult to justify.

I had a great experience with this storage facility during a stressful transition between selling my current home and purchasing a new one. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the customer service.
I believe the woman at the front desk was named Karen, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be overwhelming, and she made everything so much easier by answering my questions and helping me find the right storage solution.
This facility truly helped me out of a pickle while I was between homes, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable storage company with exceptional customer service.
