Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

If you value your time, avoid the Salem, NH Lowe's. I ordered a washing machine online for a promised 3-hour pickup. The site claimed they had two in stock. I showed up 4 hours later, waited another 30 minutes in the store, and was ultimately told they couldn't find the machine and it would be a week before they got another one. Promising same-day pickup when you have zero handle on your actual inventory is a complete failure of basic business operations. Canceled my order immediately and took my money elsewhere.

I truly love this store I'm a gardener so I grow all my own vegetable herbs fruit for my family organically with no pesticides or chemicals I start off with the seedlings and then they grow big but I do buy all my flowers there they're very affordable the staff are so friendly and accommodating I just love it there that's all I can say actually I'm going there today to pick up some more vegetables to plant in my garden...

My wife and I went to Lowe's because their selection of vegetable seedlings is better than most stores in the area. Today as we were selecting our plants the Bonnie brand Plant distributor pulled up. The selection was healthy, fresh and the Bonnie rep, Nick Rodgers, was wonderful! He helped my wife and when I asked him about Bonnie's operations, he enlightened me as he continued to stock the shelves with fresh products. I asked Nick for a phone number to call his boss, in order to compliment her employee but could never connect. He is most definitely an asset to Bonnie plants!
