*** Update 11:56 am 8/23/2026 - Called the provided number by Emily in her Yelp response and was sent to a call center, in which the person offered no help, could not tell me who Emily was, how to get in contact with them, and said that was not the manager's name ("Tanya" is the manager at my store location). They informed me again that they could not help me. Messaged Emily on Yelp and awaiting a response. ***
Three years here, two units, autopay, never a late payment. In that time my 10x20 went from $223 to $375 and my 5x10 went from $47 to $126: $501 a month total. The same two sizes at this facility are currently advertised at $346 in store, and even lower online.
I emailed the store office, called the store, and called corporate to ask for a rate review. No response to the email or the call in-store, and corporate declined to help.
Upkeep has been poor too. Screws and debris left in the drive lanes and rows, which is a real problem at a place that rents vehicle storage. I shouldn't be worrying about a flat pulling out of a unit I pay $375 a month for.
Long term customers here pay 2x to 3x more than new ones for identical space regardless of their history, and there's apparently nobody you can talk to about it.

The lady at the site showed me a unit and was very polite, professional and sincere after hearing my situation. She said she's new to the site and is looking forward to making the site top notch. I cant wait to see how it works out! Id rent here for sure.
