  Have had their couches and chairs for decades and they completely hold up to kids and dogs and life :) We have a new space in need or furniture and bought some new pieces recently and can’t wait to get them. Experience was lovely all around!

  Our experience with LazyBoy has not been a very good one. We ordered a room full of living room furniture on Feb. 12th and were told 6-8 weeks. Our 2 chairs were delivered on April 21st so late but not terribly so. Our sofa will arrive May 5th so 4 weeks late and we were just informed that the leather recliner won’t be until June 1st. That’s 8 weeks past the 8 week worst case timeframe. What’s worse is that our sofa has been sitting at the warehouse in Rhode Island because we thought they were waiting to deliver both pieces together. Nobody let us know that the leather chair was further delayed. Another thing is that we went in to choose fabric for the pillows for the chairs and sofa because Lee, the decorator had told me that they would be $65 each but once I saw the invoice, they had skyrocketed to $132 each. Apparently only certain fabrics were $65 but that wasn’t passed on to me so I cancelled those. Thank goodness I noticed it within their 3 day window otherwise we would have been stuck. I got them to give us a small credit for the inconvenience for all the delays which I appreciated but now with another 1 month delay, I don’t think it was enough. Had we known that a delivery date means nothing, we wouldn’t have ordered through them. We enjoyed working with Lee so it’s nothing against her it’s just been a very frustrating experience.

  Shopped at some other local vendors like B&Ps up the hill from the mall (by walmart, the old chucky cheese), la-z-boy's products are built better, they're load bearing furniture, just a better class product. Dont let the name fool you, these are premium chairs with a silly name, we werent even going in because of how ridiculous it sounded on the marquee but we ended up getting a recliner here and it's head and shoulders better than the other shops.

  I had a great experience with our salesperson Joy and interior designer Lee from start to finish. Service was great and we enjoyed working with them. Importantly, Lee came to our home and made some truly great recommendations, really transforming the look and utility of the rooms we were furnishing at no additional cost. We are really happy with quality of the furniture, rugs and accessories we selected and purchased with Lee and Joy’s help and mostly made in the USA.
