    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I placed an online order that showed as “ready for pickup,” but when I arrived at the store, no one could even locate the order. I was told they would investigate and call me back within 24 hours. Two days passed with no update, so I had to go back to the store myself. Once again, I was given the same excuse — “we’ll reach out to you” — and once again, nobody followed up. It has now been almost 1.5 weeks, and I still haven’t received a single update from the store. I even escalated the issue through customer care, hoping someone would finally take responsibility, but the result was exactly the same: empty promises and zero action. For a company as large as Lowe’s, I expected at least some basic level of accountability, communication, and process. Instead, the entire experience felt completely disorganized and unprofessional. This store operates like nobody knows what’s going on. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and it has completely destroyed my trust in ordering from this location again.

    I just stopped today around 6PM at Lowes Nashua, NH and wanted to get some help in the paint department. I walked around for 5 minutes and no one was around . So I went to customer service to ask for assistance; and a man with a thick beard said he would be right over ; and he needed to finish up with a customer. I waited 20 minutes finally he finish up with the customer; and saw me waiting at the paint counter and then the associate disappeared ....not to be found. I gave up and walked out the store. And this was a bigger mistake. I called Lowes Nashua and wanted to share my experience to someone and their AI message center answered the call . I kept asking for customer service and AI kept bringing back to the main menu. Finally, I got switch over to a real person, and she asked me to HOLD and she will be right with me . I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes and gave up. This is horrible service and and no way professional .........wonder why people expect this as the new norm???????

    I went to Lowe's to pick up 20 bags of mulch for my yard , I paid at the register and pulled my pickup up to the pallets of mulch , outside they have an employee who loads the mulch for you . Thats wonderful that lowes looks out for their customers well being . Thank you for the help ..

    It's a hardware store a big one at that they have what you need but most of the time when you see an employee if they notice you they take off the other way almost like they didn't want to talk to you or help you and sometime I get the feeling I'm just in there way and not welcomed. When you do get someone to help you they just tell you about the person who could help but isn't there at the time. So go get your stuff but didn't bother asking them for any advise most just have no clue.
