  Sales Rep Robert Garcin was terrific to work with. For over 2 hours, he answered every question patiently with a thorough knowledge of all the products and services. He helped me choose the most appropriate, best fitting items for my physical and room size. He even searched other independent dealers to ensure I really was getting their best price guarantee. Great guy, deserving the highest recommendation.

  We just purchased a recliner and loveseat at the Nashua store. The selection of furniture is great and that made it easy for us to find exactly what we wanted. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We highly recommend La-Z-Boy!

  Great assistance from the manager in exploring my requirements and the appropriate chair to match. He listened and made sure I tested all models. Decided on the best model and bought it. So refreshing to have the seller listen rather than preach 😀. Looking forward to delivery next Tuesday. Thanks John !!

  We had a great experience at the Nashua, NH store. We went in on Father's Day with a great sale of 35% off of everything. Leo was our salesman. He is very knowledgeable about all the furniture in the store. He answered all the questions we had about the furniture and asked us questions about what we were looking for. He allowed us to look around at our pace. He has a great personality and we appreciated his approach to sales especially because my husband is in sales as well. I highly recommend Leo and the Nashua store. He made furniture shopping easy for us. It was a one stop shop for us. I look forward to my new furniture.

  Initially our experience was great, salesman was very patient with us picking out our recliner. We were there for hours. Once we ordered it that's where everything went down hill. We paid for half of the recliner and were told once it's built we would receive updates and could pay the remaining balance and schedule delivery. We received no updates via email or phone. After 2 months I emailed the salesman to find out what was going on, he said my recliner has been done since the end of May but we still owe the remaining balance then we can schedule delivery. I told him that I received no communication from anyone at Lazy boy since April 27th by email or phone. It seems like once they make the sale they don't care about their customers. I told him to cancel my order at this point but there's a 30% restocking fee so I had no way out of the purchase.
