Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet, friendly, and attentive throughout my experience. She went out of her way to help me with the elevator and even remembered which floor I needed without me having to remind her. It’s the little things like that that really show how much she pays attention and cares about the people she’s helping. Heather is amazing at her job and truly made my experience better. She definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Heather (Manager) was very kind and friendly and made sure I had cool water and a bathroom. The elevator did stop working for a bit, however she was quick to get it running again. Overall decent storage space and good service.

I have to say that Heather is a very respectful, resourceful employee at Extra Space Storage. She is very informative with every detail of her job. She has gone to bat for me when it came helping me with how I my monthly fee is, & has helped me a lot with understanding everything there is to need to know about making my payments without having a late fee because of the 5th day grace period ends up on a weekend by what with me that I could make the payment on the app that you can get off of play store. As well she has answered every question that I have ever asked promptly. She also calls to remind me of my payment because I know all to well that I'm forgetful sometimes. She is super professional with her job. Shout out to Heather!
