  Aarons is THE best!!! I had an emergency move bc of a stalking situation and had to leave almost all my belongings behind. Aarons of Nashua was very quick to step up and not only help me furnish my new place, but helped me stay within my budget, with no pressure to spend more! I had to leave behind 3 Air Conditioners and when it was consistently 80 degrees in my home, I have pets as well, and couldn't afford a new AC that would cool my entire apartment, Aarons called a delivery employee who was off work, and delivered a brand new AC, installed it (im single and knew nobody to help me), and it was not only within my budget but it cools my entire apartment! AND had it delivered and set up within ONE HOUR! I didn't realize how sick the heat was making us (my pets too) until my apartment started cooling down. Aarons I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL! You are super kind friendly and fast! I couldn't appreciate you all more than I already do! And I now have a cool beautiful new apartment that feels like home again! Thank you so very much!   The girls were really nice, and I got a great deal.. a washer and dryer combo for $500, but when we brought it home, there was NO belt inside. They offered a new washer and dryer delivered another day, or the price of the belt as a fix to the issue. I chose to eat the $10 for the belt and have my boyfriend fix it himself.

  My partner Chase and I have bought quite a bit from Aarons; our dishwasher broke - the loaner was damaged, and the repair center broke ours in the repair center. Aarons did swap it out with a new one. Fireplace TV stand the fireplace insert has broken, burning at power outlet. We were assured the insert would be swapped out. We waited some time and made payments on our leases in good faith. We were told later on that our account had all payments on hold and deferred until our issues were resolved. I was hospitalized for my heart while replacement had delivery attempt with my partner. He called Aarons back and was told that the manager was busy and she would call back to schedule a delivery. We were never called back to schedule this redelivery. We gave best effort at initiating contact several times each time nobody at store was available and we were told would call us back. We are now sitting on merchandise that we are told has deferred payment until new insert is installed, or a replacement is delivered, nobody calling us to deliver said merchandise, but now they are calling about payment? When will we get the replacement fireplace tv stand? Holding to original statement made by Aarons employee that we are on deferred payment on whole account until this is resolved. Haven't been told otherwise. So some of this is confusing. No answers. Just promised callbacks.

  Alicia, Beth ,and Iris are absolutely fantastic. Currently renting a laptop from them. Alicia is very knowledgeable about all their products. She absolutely will answer all my questions about products, she's super friendly and even takes the time to print out a price comparison and tailoring it to show the best payment options for me. Highly recommend Aaron's.
