When we started there 2 years ago the price was 45 a month. Then after 6 months it was 75 and another 6 months it was 95. This week we got a notice that it was increasing to 120 a month. For a 5x10. Storage unit down the road is the price and it's inside storage with climate controlled.

We just rented a space at this facility. Of course, my wife messed up the online form. It worked out well,though because we found out what a great company we chose. The women that answered the phone(wish I had her name) was extremely helpful. She referred us to the facility manager Brian who very kindly fixed our online error and stayed on the line until we completed the form. We are renting for 6 months but with the great staff and clean units we may just stay longer. We absolutely recommend this facility and it's staff.
