- TOTasha ObrienApr 10, 20262.0Had unit for 1 year - rates went up 3 times. Half the units are inaccessible when it’s raining or snow is melting due to poor building design. Units are not water tight and there is constantly moisture in your stuff. When you move out, have to pay for full month even if you notify them well in advance.
