  Last load dropped here. They used to take a few hours. Now it’s custom to say “it will be done tomorrow”. Pay and tip the workers well, doesn’t matter. Service has gone down drastically.

  I had a wonderful first visit experience last week at Laundromax working with Jessica. I had no idea how to work the washers and dryers as it was my first visit and she walked me through everything and then offered for me to leave my item and she would wash and dry it. I left her an oversized king puffy filled comforter that had a few stains on it when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was like a brand new comforter! It was still fluffy, no stains, very white and I could not have been happier with the results. It is hard to find someone who helps you much less goes the extra mile, but that is which exactly the customer experience I received from Jessica. Thank you so much and I' m already telling my friends about Laundromax.
