I finally completed moving all my stuff into a 10x15 unit and I find water inside. When I called to see how we move forward the woman offered me $25 dollars off the next months rent. She was condescending and laughed when I asked her; This is how you want to do business?

Easy setup, easy access and the person who greets you are the best parts about this facility.
Be aware that you are on a month-to-month basis with this storage unit company so they can raise rent pretty much whenever they want. I've been a customer since late February 2026 (roughly 3 months) and just got a notice a few days ago in the mail that they'll be raising my rent for a non-climate-controlled 10x10 unit from $135/month to $228/month.
This is still cheaper than a competitor across town and is a more convenient location so I will stay for now, but figured that it's better for the public to be informed of the risk should they choose this facility.
