Aptive charges you a monthly fee regardless of whether they treat your property, yet we couldn't get them to keep their appointments for just a simple Spring mosquito and tick treatment control application this Spring. I scheduled them 3 times last week for our first mosquito application and they cancelled my confirmed appointments twice in less than a day and the third time I scheduled it, they just didn't show up even though the customer service lady told me a technician was confirmed for the 3rd appointment. Also, just FYI, this company sends out heavy and almost "stalking" type of sales people (always approaching your house late at night and claiming they are a small "mom and pop" pest control business who signed up all your surrounding neighbors to get you to sign up for a 1-2 year plan) to seek out new customers. Even though we gave them a chance and signed up, we have had more issues with their commitment to come treat our house on a regular schedule. Their pest treatment service intervals would not occur enough (basically they came like every quarter in a year) yet I was charged 104.00 - 95.00 per month which is basically a membership fee and not a fee for services provided to the property. I wouldn't use this company as there are better choices locally in NH that are much more reliable. Given we need reliable mosquito treatment in time before the season is heavy with mosquitoes and ticks with consistent and reliable service applications during the heaviest infestations, I prefer to go with another company. I will absolutely not pay any cancellation fee if they try and claim one for canceling our contract given they have been too unreliable over past year and there is no reason to continue with a company who keeps cancelling our requested services when we actually request it several times in a single week!! That shouldn't be on us, that's just terrible customer service!!!

This company harasses me and my neighbors constantly! They completely disregard the NO SOLICITING signs they’re knocking morning, noon and night. Rep looks at the sign as he walks up my stairs, I tell him to step back, he again looks at the sign acknowledging what it says and still pretends to not see it on the third time!!

First and foremost, I’m in sales and understand the “sales hustle,” but at what point does it become excessive?
Today, a sales representative visited my house at 1 p.m. I politely informed him that I was occupied with work and suggested we connect another time. However, he decided to knock on my door again at 7:45 p.m., disrupting my child’s bedtime.
I must admit, I was not particularly interested in pest control services. Nevertheless, I will not be proceeding with your company after this unexpected and unprofessional attempt to contact me at an inconvenient hour.

Two technicians, Juan and Brian, worked very hard for about 2 hours inside and outside my home. They arrived on time and I showed them around the property and several trouble spots. They couldn't spray outside because it was raining but they told me to call and make another appointment next week and they would spray the exterior at NO extra cost They were very professional and knowledgeable about all the products they were applying and patiently answered all my questions. Because I like them so much and they are already familiar with me and my property, it would be great if they could perform all my treatments, if that's even possible.
