This team of door to door salesmen are a plaque upon the apartment complex they all live in. They are very loud at early morning hours, they drive their cars fast and ignore stop signs on the property.
If they treat where they live like this I can't imagine how they would treat another person's property.

We've had Aptive since summer of 2025.
All in all it's been great for mosquitos and ticks in our yard overall
However we had a scheduled monthly outside only spray appointment today.
I got a text 15 mins ( supposed to be 30 mins)prior to his arrival, was in the shower. I got out got quickly robed, he was sitting in his truck in front of our house.
I brought my dog in so he could spray and he then drove off, waved to me, never spoke to me. I was right in our front yard!!!
I called no answer. I texted and asked why he left. He said we we had a spraying this month which is not true. Last spraying was 7/27 a month to the day so this was out August spraying which I've paid for already.
He said he would "try" to return and he never showed up today. I texted again at 3 pm to ask , no response.
His name was Brandon and highly disappointed in his customer service. We had a scheduled appointment which should have been honored today. Just had to come in from outside as mosquitos are biting.
I'll be calling tomorrow to reschedule and report today's incident.

If I wasn't out there to encourage them to take care of certain things they most likely would of just done the bare minimal, felt very transactional. not confident that if I'm not persistent in making sure they show up for there 7 times A year Services and dont lead them to every area that I feel needs attention that I will just be wasting my money, hoping to have better experience in future visits. Only reason I'm not leaving 1 star is because the 2 guys that should up were atleast respectful

Absolutely lied to my face about their services and pricing. Made up names of my neighbors while saying “They’ve been using them for a while now”. (There’s 5 houses on my lane and we all know each other well, I promise you the Clark’s don’t live on my street) Offered me a “special” deal but told me not to tell anyone because they don’t normally go that low…

Is Aptive pest control safe?
Aptive’s goal is to provide customers with professional and effective pest control solutions that reduce the harmful effects of pests. Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
