  This is my second time renting a unit from Bluebird in Londonderry NH. I like having the climate control & it is very easy to access your unit , no matter where it is. Alaina helped me with my latest unit. She asked me some questions to find the right size. She is personable & informative & easily answered all my questions. She even told me that they offered free pick up of my "stuff" to the unit.You can't beat that.

  Very friendly staff and the place is extremely clean and secure! Good value for the amount of space you get as well, although the floor space for a 5'x5' sounds like it would not be much, there is a lot of vertical space and it is perfect for my needs. They even have platform carts that make moving boxes and other heavy items so much easier.

  Using this facility has been very seamless and Eric has been such a tremendous help through the years. I have been renting units for years now and each time I have an issue or question he goes above and beyond to research and address it and I could not be more thankful!

  This location is pretty much the ideal of what you want in a storage facility. Spacious, well-lit, immaculately clean, dry and secure. Lots of carts and roomy elevators. Easy access. And to top it all off there’s Eric, the manager. I don’t think I’ve ever had such great customer service in my life: he’s incredibly welcoming, proud of his building and the team, super attentive and meticulous. When I brought my 85 year-old father in to reserve his first-ever storage unit while my folks moved out of their house, Eric took great care of my dad, finding him the right size unit (no upselling), patiently talking him through all the details—it was awesome. He even remembered our names when we came back a month later to move in, and made sure my dad had a comfortable chair and something to drink while the movers unloaded. I would urge anyone with storage needs to use this place, even if it’s a little further away than your other options: it’s totally worth it!
