She was able to give us clear instructions on how to move in and the storage unit was extremely clean upon arrival. The lock was brand new, in the package, which was reassuring, and we were able to keep it upon move out. Kali's instructions for move out were also clear and simple, I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend.
