Gilford NH Lowe's. Service was fantastic from the sales associate only. From the time of purchase that the register until now has been a nightmare. The cashier did not know how to ring up the sale and no one would help. Associate complained the entire time infront of a line of customers. Upon paying for the install and product we had reached out to Lowes a number of times with absolutley no help. Associate was never in the department, department managers nor assistant store managers could assist or were willing to help because they did not know that department. Was told a number of times someone would call me back and didnt. Finally got a call from central dispatch or install? Told them we were not going to proceed and wanted to cancel. At this point they spoke to us for over an hour and after that we went ahead and decided we would go ahead with install as planned as this was now out of the stores hands and they would ensure everything went smooth. Product did not arrive on time, had to push out install, installer forgot to measure multiple areas, did not have the supplies needed to complete the job, left job incomplete. Called central dispatch or install as well as store with no help. Was left with them saying installer messed up the order and they would send product for one room but we need to install ourselves as well as the additional room that was missed the installer didnt measure and there was nothing they could do. Horrible service all around. At this point we have canceled all other projects with this lowes as well as the lowes in tilton for our other projects on our home as well as additional rental properties. Will use the competitor home depot who is even closer and seems to care about their customers and want to ensure quality of work is satisfactory.

Keith in the lumber department today around 12:30 PM was prompt engaging and very precise with using the wood cutter! I didn’t interact with any other staff there except for Judy at the register. If the rest of the staff is like these two, then this is a winning Lowe’s store no doubt.

I went to the Gilford Lowe's for fence panels. I can't speak more highly of Bruce, Kay and the Tilton man (from Tilton store) with the help of picking out, loading, and explaining everything I needed to know in installing these panels. They were amazing!!!!
