  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   This is LONG overdue. The family and I bought our first home in Raymond last month. Let's just say we've made many trips to Lowe's since then. Everyone has been amazing. I wanted to shout out Ben for one of our first visits. We knew we needed a washer, dryer and electric oven. We probably walked in 45 minutes before close on a weekday. Ben jumped right in to help us! He was amazing. He was patient, honest, and willing to help. He signed us up for Lowe's rewards. He got us set up for delivery and warranty for all three appliances. Ben is a fantastic asset over there at Lowe's in Epping, New Hampshire. 10 Stars. Thank you.

  Shout out to the curbside pickup garden supply team at Lowes, Epping. Kayla and Noah were especially friendly, helpful and made sure to only load bags of mulch that were not torn or damaged. I appreciate their efforts, accuracy and cheerful interactions.

  Terrible tried to navigate a cart through lumber seems like all the online orders are more important than the customers walking through the store had to move three carts just to get through. I'm sure the fire department would have loved to see this. Walked around a few time not finding what I need do you think anyone asked if I needed help. Negative. Only went there because home Depot was a lot further
