  I called the office and Jailee was able to get a technician out to me the next day she was so helpful! They did a great job getting rid of a hornets nest at my house.

  Ethan has been providing a very thorough, continuing service in the building I live in for a couple of months. He is always super friendly, yet professional, and doesn't mind answering my questions. I can trust Ethan to remain professional in my apartment when I am not home and only go into the rooms he needs to. And also that he will make absolute sure that my cat doesn't escape out the door when he comes in. I'm glad our property management company went with Ethan at Identify Pest Control for our rodent problem in the basement, and that he has been able to keep them from coming into my apartment. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone!!!

  Ethan has done a masterful job at finding and near eliminating our attic crawlspace mouse infestation. It is a difficult location to reach and I am very pleased with his plan to outsmart them. I highly recommend Ethan.
