I had such a wonderful experience with Terri at Extra Space Storage in Enfield! She went above and beyond to help me transfer my storage unit to a new one and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
Terri was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure the transition went smoothly from start to finish.

Terri was very kind to call me when a payment didn't go through to give me a notice before a late paymentis applied. I let her know I would make the payment tonight or tomorrow once my paycheck clears and asked if they could hold off increasing my monthly payment for one of my 2 units since I noticed the increase right after I made an on-line payment a few days ago. Better still, if she could check if this unit was about to increase too. Not only was she able to reduce or hold back an increase for both units, she noticed my age and offered a senior discount that I didn'tthink of asking so I really appreciate her thoughtfulness to save me possibly about $100/ month for the two units!
