With my receipt, and an unopened dryer cord still in it’s original packaging with all the tape and plastic around everything, I went to the North Conway Lowe’s to return the item to either get a refund or a store credit. Despite having the exact same cord still in stock right there next to the register in the appliance department, they told me I could not return it for a store credit, refund or anything else because it had been longer than 90 days. I live 2 1/2 hours away from the store so it’s not like I drive to Lowe’s on a regular basis. That’s a ridiculous return policy, especially when you have the item in stock. I’ll buy my next appliances at Home Depot thank you.

Terrible service. No actual men to help with any of my questions. Had to load my own grill. I will never shop at this store again. I was going to buy several thousands of dollars on things I needed for home repair...and the service and information I needed was terrible.

So very disappointed in the North Conway New Hampshire Lowe’s. I needed 12 bags of in ground soil and it is advertised twice good thru April 22nd. $2.29 a bag and then on sale flyer it’s advertised as buy three get three. Cashed said you couldn’t do both, but nowhere does it say that you couldn’t use both sales. This is definitely false advertising. Probably will not be returning this store.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
