I'm starting to hate this store. They knowingly sell junk!. If something is on clearance, that is the reason. I bought some lights to put on my deck. They worked fine inside. Before my husband and I went through the work of wrapping them on the railing I said we should turn them on to see which way the would look better. They wouldn't turn on! Defective product and very disappointed.

Very good experience with the people at the pro desk and purchasing a generac generator. He set me right up with an appointment. I already have an appointment set up for tomorrow. Also applied for a credit card. Super friendly staff. He even got a free hat out of the deal

Update: I called the number provided by the "owner" below. The person I spoke with said there was nothing he could do for me. I told him I was replying to the "owner's" reply below and asked him to ecalate it to someone who does have the ability to accept a return on a brand new product wuth a receipt. I suggested a resolution on this should be able to be set up in their system by next Friday. You cant just reply to a negative review with a suggestion to call in for help and then stick to the same punitive return policy for the sake of public damage control.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I purchased a Vikio stove vent hood that would not fit under my cabinet . I was told that exchanges could not be processed after 48 hours for Major Appliances. I was told to call customer service and they told me the store should have never told me to call because the policy was 48 hours. My initial contact with Cheryl was very pleasant. When I asked for a manager I had the displeasure of dealing with Amy who stared me down and said there was nothing she could do. I for one will not do business with a company who refuses to take back a brand new product for an exchange with a receipt.
