    I will never do business with this company again absolutely awful. We had the errands club. Our TV had broke and it took them two months to even go through then they said we have to still pay for it. even though we couldn’t use it for two months cause it was broken and then when we tried to talk to the a manager about the situation and she was very rude and hung up the phone. That’s very poor customer service! I will never do business at that Concord location ever again and I will not recommend people!

    Currently renting a piece of furniture from them. Wish I never did. I missed one payment and I am always on time and I always make my payments and when I missed that payment I was very transparent about when I would have the money to them, still a staff member showed up at my house multiple time that week even after being asked not to.. I can't help but feel that it is extremely invasive. After that I was trying to make a payment and they tried to charge me more than what my agreed bi-weekly payment was and the man just kept telling me that I don't understand and was giving me explanations that made absolutely no sense, until I finally talked to Maria who was able to explain it to me and fix the problem, and agreed it was a mistake on their part bc they had someone working on billing who usually doesn't.. Then they charged me early this week, and then called me and asked me why the payment didn't go through. Well you probably should have charged me on our agreed day. The day that the sectional got moved into my house my door frames got banged up pretty good and there is paint marks all over the leather. The man told my boyfriend to just clean it with rubbing alcohol but it hasn't seemed to work . This place sucks, can't wait to pay off my couch and never work with them again. There's always an issue.

    We have done alot of business with Aaron's over the years. This appliance purchase was not handled smoothly by the manager Maria. It took 4 day's to get it. Every day we called and was told that day with a possible time and we waited and no delivery or phone call! The customer service by her was horrible and she never sent the dryer hose! Said she would. The two delivery guy's David and I don't know the other fellows name were very nice and did an excellent job. Their customer service made up for their bosses. Maria needs to communicate with her customers! A lesson to be learned!

    I have never missed one payment , never been late on a payment . I pay extra for the extra protection which appears to be a scam . My cushion that doesn’t come off it is one piece with the frame of the sectional got a large tear along the seam where ya sit and legs 🦵 go over . For two months I have been trying to get this resolved! A repair or replacement. All I get is blown off . What a joke . Over priced , leasing shitty furniture , a business that takes advantage of people ! Right after I made my last payment on my bedroom set I bought, the headboard broke , the side table phone chargers stopped working like 6 months after I started paying on it . I am done with this manager ! I am now looking for the corporate office number or district manager . I’ve paid well over a grand so far on this sectional , I want it fixed ! Do yourselves a favor , go by from a consignment shop , you’ll be better off !

    I went to Aaron's looking to buy a mattress... The WONDERFUL worker Juli and other coworkers are AMAZING helpers! So helpful and definitely know what their doing. i LOVE my new mattress! THANK YOU AARONS!
