  I met with Steve at All Things Tech to discuss an ongoing conflict between Microsoft Outlook and Google relating to my new email account. Despite having another company work on the problem five different times during the past six months, the problem persisted. Steve found the problem immediately and fixed it within ten minutes. Well done, Steve, and thank you for eliminating this frustration! We plan to continue to bring all our computer issues to you in the future.
